Our Philosophy of Care
We provide primary care membership, osteopathic treatment, and integrative health with the unique, holistic perspective of Osteopathic medicine. Our approach involves providing a balance between traditional western medicine (medication, lab work, & preventative, chronic, and acute care) and alternative care (supplements, lifestyle changes, & personalized treatment plans). We proudly serve patients of all ages and have the skills and knowledge to treat all of your family members.
Our Care Options
Primary Care Membership
Instead of going to an insurance-based primary care practice where you may have copays, unexpected bills, and little time to discuss your concerns, join our primary care membership! When you become a member, you gain access to our team of providers and staff who work hand-in-hand together to create the best possible health+care experience. We will spend time with you and listen, tell you how much we think additional services will cost, and be your healthcare system advocate.

Take advantage of discounted osteopathic manipulation treatments
Our membership is the main way to access care with our providers. We do not offer one time visits for primary care and we do not bill insurance*.
Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment
Our gentle, hands-on bodywork sessions called osteopathic manipulation treatments (OMT) are offered by Dr Brie and are aimed at optimizing musculoskeletal health and immune function.
Babies
Billing Information:

- Visits are $225 for non-members ages 0-4 (only $125 for member babies!)
- We do not bill any other insurance for these services and we can provide a detailed receipt

Osteopathic Manipulation services for adults are currently not offered to non-members. Join our membership and add on OMT for $165 per session!
Integrative Health
We offer add-on holistic and detailed lab testing to guide our alternative medicine treatment programs.

Stress Recovery
- Need help getting off antidepressants or deciding if an alternative to medication is a good choice for your mood?
- Do you wonder if chronic stress is at the root cause of your symptoms?
- Our Stress Recovery Program includes personalized recommendations for those suffering from mild anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burn out. Our providers guide treatment options after review of advanced labs that can include neuro transmitter testing, gene testing to know which medications may work best or evaluations for adrenal and chronic stress.
Healthy Hormones
- Looking for bio identical hormone replacement or suggestions on how to manage menopause?
- Do you wonder if you are approaching perimenopause?

- Our Healthy Hormones Program includes personalized recommendations and detailed lab testing to evaluate hormone imbalances and find the right treatment path for you.
Gut Rehab
- Do you suffer from irritable bowel, gas, bloating and stool changes?
- Have you wondered if you have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), leaky gut or food triggers underlying your symptoms?
- Our Gut Rehab Program includes personalized recommendations and detailed lab testing to evaluate the root cause of your symptoms and provide diet, supplements and, if needed, medication treatment options to help get your microbiome back in balance.
What we do not specialize in:
We do not have adequate expertise to treat chronic lyme disease or mold toxicity. We also do not offer heavy metal chelation therapy.

Small Business Membership
Cover your employees with our primary care membership for comprehensive holistic acute, chronic, and wellness primary care at a low monthly cost. Your sponsored membership covers primary care office visits without copays or deductibles with providers that truly care for your employees. Pricing:
- $75 per employee per month for 4 or more employees
- $85 per employee per month for 3 or less employees
Nextera Healthcare
Direct Osteopathic Primary Care is an affiliate practice of Nextera Healthcare. Nextera offers Direct Primary Care to employers across the state of Colorado and beyond. Nextera members can select our practice as soon as they are enrolled with their employer!
