We’ve talked about reducing stressors, and about implementing practices to focus on the positives in life. For the final installment in our self care series, I wanted to look at increasing sources of happiness, or what I would classify as seeking joy. Sometimes it’s not enough to banish the news and count our blessings. Sometimes we have to actively seek experiences that lift our spirits and/or cause us to forget the various dark clouds hanging over us.
