It’s back to the daily grind this week, but not for everyone. Some of you will choose to make this week a week of change: the Whole Foods Elimination Diet starts this Thursday 9/8 at 7:00 PM.
Registration is open for the next two days. You will receive two weeks of guided coaching by a physician versed in utilizing the elimination diet to change default patterns with food and discover what might be at the core of chronic conditions.
After working with variations in food allergy elimination, I have refined an approachable whole foods based eating plan to help a people who are ready to make small or major changes and feel a difference.
Set aside the next two weeks to reset your metabolism and discover if there are any food triggers at the root of your health concerns. Nervous? Don’t worry, I will have two tracks and customization options allowing for the individual variation that you need to meet your own goals.
This isn’t a fad diet or a fat flush or a one size fits all plan. This is a plan to help you get to know more about you.
There will be four optional online meetings in the next two weeks.
Learn about the principles of the elimination diet and get started with recipes, meal plans and shopping lists this Thursday 9/8 from 7-8PM.
Check in twice a week on progress, ask questions, reflect on how you feel for thirty-minute check ins: Tuesday 9/12 12:00PM, 9/15 at 7PM and 9/20 at 12:00PM.
Wrap up and review ongoing steps for implementing what you have learned on 9/21 at 5:30 PM.
In addition to group support, one on one questions will be answered and handouts, education and resources will be provided. Learn about leaky gut, food intolerances and allergies and what food plan is best for you.
