It is time to wake up in the morning with energy. To feel hungry without being angry or irritable. To feel empowered that you know what is working and not working for your body. To reset your metabolism and your habits so your choices are actually benefitting your health and not working against it.
The whole foods elimination diet is right around the corner.
It may be a holiday weekend this weekend but soon it will be time for a vacation from your default habits so you can move into fall and winter with a new understanding of your body and what you specifically should be eating or avoiding to feel your best.

Thank you all who have joined me at Direct Osteopathic Primary Care this month. I am grateful to continue to work with individuals and families with whom I have built meaningful relationships with over the past several years.
